1. Who we are

This website, studiomartinicollection.com, is operated by Studio Martini S.r.l., a company with a sole shareholder subject to the direction and coordination of MDH S.r.l., registered office Via della Canapiglia, 23 – 56019 Vecchiano (PI), Italy, VAT number IT01861540472, REA no. PI-269795, share capital €10,000 fully paid, email contact@studiomartinicollection.com ("Studio Martini", "we", "us").

These terms govern the use of the website and every purchase made on it. By placing an order you accept them. Purchases are intended for consumers buying for personal use.

2. Products and prices

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Each item is produced in limited quantities.

Prices are shown in the currency of your market and include Italian VAT. Shipping costs and, for destinations outside the European Union, import duties and taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time; the price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.

3. Orders and contract

Your order is an offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when we send you the order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of unavailability, an obvious pricing error or suspected fraud; in that case any amount paid is refunded in full.

4. Private pre-orders

Some items are offered as private pre-orders, reserved to customers who have received an access password. Pre-ordered items are paid at the time of the order and shipped once production is complete; the expected dispatch period is communicated by email. Your rights of cancellation and withdrawal are the same as for any other order. Orders placed without going through the private pre-order access may be cancelled and refunded.

5. Payment

We accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and PayPal; we do not store your payment details.

6. Delivery

Shipping destinations, costs and times are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or to a person you designate.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. The procedure, costs and refund times are described in our Refund Policy.

8. Legal guarantee

All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided by Italian and European consumer law (articles 128 and following of the Italian Consumer Code), for defects that become apparent within two years of delivery. To use it, contact us with your order number and a description of the defect.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including photographs, texts, logos and designs, belongs to Studio Martini or to its photographers and may not be copied or used without written permission.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it cannot be limited by law, including our obligations towards consumers under the Italian Consumer Code.

11. Personal data

We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence. For any complaint, please write to us first at contact@studiomartinicollection.com: we will try to resolve it amicably.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the website when you placed it.
