Shipping policy

Where we ship

Studio Martini ships worldwide with DHL, from Italy. Orders are processed within 2–3 business days; you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping costs

Shipping rates are calculated automatically by DHL at checkout, based on your delivery address and the contents of your order.

The cost in your currency is shown at checkout before you pay. Estimated delivery times are also shown at checkout and are indicative: they start from dispatch and may vary during peak periods or because of customs clearance.

Duties and taxes

All prices include Italian VAT. Orders shipped within the European Union are not subject to customs duties.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, so that no further charges are due on delivery. Local taxes may be shown as included in the price; duties are shown as a separate line before you pay.

Private pre-orders

Items purchased as a private pre-order are shipped once production is complete. The expected dispatch period is communicated by email; the shipping terms above apply.

Delivery issues

If your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@studiomartinicollection.com with your order number and we will resolve it with the carrier.
