Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day on which you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods, without giving a reason. If goods from the same order are delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last item. You may exercise this right using the online withdrawal function on our Returns page or by sending a clear statement to contact@studiomartinicollection.com before the deadline. The model form below is optional.

Returning the items

Please dispatch the goods within 14 days after communicating your decision to withdraw. Garments should be returned securely packed, preferably with the original packaging, tags, labels and accompanying accessories. You may try on an item only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and fit, as you would in a physical shop. Please do not wash, alter, damage or wear items beyond this purpose. You may be responsible for an actual reduction in value resulting from excessive handling. Missing packaging or a detached tag does not automatically cancel a statutory right of withdrawal.

Return shipping costs

Except where otherwise required by law, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You may arrange a suitable tracked return shipment, following the return instructions, or choose a prepaid DHL Express label where available. The relevant label charge will be displayed before you confirm this service. If you expressly agree to use the prepaid label, the agreed direct return shipping charge may be deducted from your refund or voluntary store credit, where legally permitted. No additional restocking or administrative return fee is charged.

Refunds

We will reimburse amounts due without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal. Unless we have offered to collect the goods, we may withhold reimbursement until the goods are received or you provide evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier. Reimbursement is made to your original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a reimbursement fee. For a full withdrawal, the original standard delivery charge is also refunded where required by law; extra charges for upgraded delivery services are not refundable. Partial returns are assessed in accordance with applicable law. Any agreed prepaid DHL return-label cost will be accounted for separately.

Store credit and exchanges

You may voluntarily choose store credit instead of reimbursement to your original payment method. Store credit can be redeemed on our website subject to the terms communicated at the time of issue. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and cannot be guaranteed because garments are produced in limited quantities. Your statutory reimbursement rights are not affected.

Defective or incorrect items

If an item is defective, arrives damaged, or differs from what you ordered, please contact contact@studiomartinicollection.com as soon as reasonably possible, including your order number and photographs where available. Studio Martini will provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law and cover return shipping where legally required. This does not limit your statutory guarantee or other consumer rights.

Pre-orders and cancellations

Private pre-orders remain subject to the applicable statutory withdrawal rights. For goods, the ordinary withdrawal period runs from delivery, not from the date of payment or order placement. For cancellation requests before dispatch, contact contact@studiomartinicollection.com.

International returns

For returns from outside the European Union, please follow the customs instructions provided and identify the goods accurately as returned merchandise. Any necessary customs documentation must be accurate. Mandatory local consumer protections remain applicable where relevant.
