Our Joël Cotton Shirt in White. Cut from Italian fabric in 100% cotton with a generous fit and dropped shoulders. It features a point collar, an asymmetric closure with polished genuine bone buttons, a welt chest pocket, long sleeves with adjustable cuffs and a curved hem. Cleanly finished throughout.

Inspired by the traditional chef’s jacket and named in homage to Joël Robuchon, the shirt reflects a discipline built on precision, repetition and instinct. The bone buttons offer a quiet reference to the raw matter at the origin of a chef’s work.

Joël is made in Tuscany by skilled hands: every cut, seam and finish is part of a measured gesture. Made slowly, with respect for material and form. Each piece is individually hand-numbered.
